Quantity Surveying
Working in either the Client/Employer, or in the Contractor/Sub-contractor role;
- Review of contract agreement/terms and conditions and identify associated risks
- All aspects of contract administration, including extension of time claims.
- Preparation, agreement or evaluation of contract variations
- Review and recommendation of interim and final payments
- Financial reporting including cash flow forecasting
- Final account submission or review and agreement
- Independent audit of project financial reports
Construction Claims and Dispute Management
- Preparation of claim documents
- Preparation of claim defence documents
- Preparation of adjudication documents
- Act as party representative in adjudication
- Independent review of disputes or disputed issues
Employers Agent/Client Representative
- Act as Employers Agent/Client Representative/Client Project Manager
- Provide independent contractual advice, including procurement route, contract management or claims advice.
